1 ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN

RESOLVED that Councillor Lynch be elected Chairman of this Committee for the Municipal Year 2017-18.

2 ELECTION OF VICE-CHAIRMAN

RESOLVED that Councillor Kelly be elected Vice-Chairman of this Committee for the Municipal Year 2017-18.
3 MINUTES

RESOLVED that the minutes of the meeting held on 8 June 2016 be confirmed as a correct record and signed.
4 APOLOGIES FOR ABSENCE

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Anna Tarrant (substitute: Councillor Steve Kulka) and Jonathan Essex.
