Appoint Councillor Michalowski to replace
Councillor Parnall on the Overview and Scrutiny
Committee.
Reasons for the decision:
Officer Scheme of Delegation: 1.29
Appointments to Committees.
The Conservative Group Leader has notified the Proper Officer of a
change to the membership of a Committee, in accordance with the
process agreed at Council in November 2016. The Officer Scheme of
Delegation provides authority for such changes to be enacted.
Council will be notified of this change.

To carry a vacancy, until Annual
Council.
