Subject to a satisfactory due diligence report being received, the
Head of Finance
To authorise the acquisition of Units 1-5
Redhill Distribution Centre following the consultations required by
the Executive and confirmation of due diligence as requested by the
Executive on 29 November 2018.
The reason for the decision was set out in the
above mentioned Executive reports.
