Appointment of an Independent Member of the Audit Committee
Pursuant to Minute 10 of the Annual Meeting of the Council on Thursday 27 May 2021 and Part 3a, and in line with general provision for Committees in the Local Government Act 1972 Section 102, a recruitment process for an Independent Member of the Audit Committee took place in August and September 2021.
RECOMMENDED that Robert Coyle be appointed as the Independent Member of the Audit Committee for a four-year period (until September 2025) in accordance with the terms stipulated in the role profile agreed by Council on 27 May 2021.
