1.	Honorary Alderwoman: Conferment of Dorothy Ross-Tomlin To consider the following Motion: “That in pursuance of Section 249(1) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Council do confer upon Dorothy Ross-Tomlin the title of Honorary Alderwoman of the Borough of Reigate and Banstead, a most honourable distinction which it is the privilege of the Council to bestow, in appreciation and acknowledgement of the eminent services rendered by her to the Council from 1991 until 2019 as Councillor and as Mayor in 2007/2008 and 2018/2019, and as an expression of the high esteem in which she is held by the Council. Minutes: RESOLVED that in pursuance of Section 249(1) of the Local Government Act 1972, the Council do confer upon Dorothy Ross-Tomlin the title of Honorary Alderwoman of the Borough of Reigate and Banstead, a most honourable distinction which it is the privilege of the Council to bestow, in appreciation and acknowledgement of the eminent services rendered by her to the Council from 1991 until 2019 as Councillor and as Mayor in 2007/2008 and 2018/2019, and as an expression of the high esteem in which she is held by the Council.
