appoint representatives to outside bodies in cases where the
nominations do not exceed the number of vacancies.
The London Borough of Sutton are entitled to one representative on
the Board of the Banstead Common Conservators. The London Borough
of Sutton have nominated Nick Cull to be that representative for
the period 2020 to 2023.
That Nick Cull be appointed as the London Borough of Sutton’s
representative on the Broad of the Banstead Common Conservators for
the period 2020/21 to 2022/23.

Gatwick Airport Consultative Committee (GATCOM) & GATCOM
Steering Group expect a member of the Executive to be appointed to
this role. The previous representative is no longer a member of the
Executive. It is therefore necessary to appoint an Executive Member
to the position.
That Councillor Biggs, as Executive Member for Planning Policy and
Place Delivery, be appointed as the Council’s representative
on the Gatwick Airport Consultative Committee (GATCOM) & GATCOM
Steering for the period 2021/22. That Councillor Schofield be
appointed as the Deputy Representative on the Gatwick Airport
Consultative Committee (GATCOM) & GATCOM Steering for the
period 2021/22
