Report seeking the approval of the Full Council for the adoption of the Reigate & Banstead Development Management Plan (DMP) following receipt of the Inspector's Final Report into the examination of the document. Report will also seek: adoption of the associated Reigate and Banstead Policies Map; withdrawal of the 'saved' policies of the Reigate & Banstead Borough Local Plan 2005 and those policies of the Core Strategy 2014 which are specified as being superseded in Annex 2 of the Development Management Plan; and delegated authority for the Head of Planning, in consultation with the relevant Portfolio Holder, to make such additional modifications as may be necessary to ensure readability and clarity of the adopted document.
