The Local Development Scheme sets out the
timetable for preparation of local plan documents. It is a
statutory requirement for the Council to publish and maintain it.
In view of the conclusions of the review of the Core Strategy
(separate item), the Council will be asked to approve an updated
Local Development Scheme to replace that adopted in February
2019.
